DEFINITIONS

Customer means the person or company to whom this document is addressed.
1. GENERAL
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred as Little Green Tots Ltd, to the buyer hereafter referred as the Customer.
2. PRICE
All prices are quoted in British Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (IF APPLICABLE) (as may be prescribed by law from time to time), unless otherwise specified.
All prices are inclusive of postage and packing, unless otherwise stated.
3. PAYMENT
Payments must be made in British Sterling unless otherwise specified, and by one of the following payment methods - Major credit cards as listed: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, American Express, Switch and Visa Electron via PayPal

Your card is charged when your package is shipped.
4. PASSING OF PROPERTY
Little Green Tots Ltd shall retain the property of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer.
5. DELIVERY
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to dispatch all stocked orders within 1/2 working days and it is deemed the delivery date will be 4 working days from date of posting. Customers will be informed if products are not available at the time of order and of the expected delivery time. 6. SHIPPING
Little Green Tots Ltd ships only within the European Union at this time.
Orders will be shipped via Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Service or a courier service. 7. CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Under the Distance selling regulations the customer has an unconditional right to cancel the order for any goods or services purchased on this website, for a full refund. Your right to cancel begins from the moment the contract is concluded and ends 7 working days after receipt of the goods. Cancellation is only deemed served if sent via email or in writing (see contact information below). The customer incurs the charges for returning the goods. It is advisable that evidence of cancellation is kept by the customer.
8. RETURNS PROCEDURE

In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. However, the faulty or damaged product must be returned to Little Green Tots Ltd before the refund or replacement can be issued.
In cases where the goods are not signed for and returned, we will offer either to re-send the package (which will incur a shipping charge of £4.95) or refund the original payment.
10. PRIVACY POLICY
Any information passed through to www.littlegreentotss.co.uk is kept on our database. If a customer wishes for their information to be removed from our database, this should be requested in writing to our registered office or via e-mail (please see below).
The only information stored is a customer's transaction history, name, address & e-mail address. These may be used for marketing purposes by Little Green Tots Ltd or any associated companies. Customers will not be sent 'spam' e-mail. The Customer shall respect all license agreements delivered by the copyright owners. Little Green Tots be held responsible or liable for any misuses conducted by the Customer or any third party. All trademarks shown on www.littlegreentots.co.uk belong to their registered owners and must not be copied without prior permission.
12. LAW
These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law. Any person attempting to make fraudulent credit card transactions will be prosecuted with no exception. 13.
